Ooooo! Passwords! It's never annoying to have to create a new one with specific parameters. NEVER. I don't know about you, but I can't even remember where I set my keys or smart phone on a daily basis, let alone remember the two hundred passwords I've created over my lifetime (Facebook users get an automatic opt-out of this option - woot!). We really don't like to add to that list, but because we like to keep your information as safe as possible, here is the "how-to" of creating a password on our website:

1. minimum of 8 characters (Not the ones in your extended family.)
2. at least one number (I just met you, and this is crazy, so here's my number... #earworm #sorrynotsorry)
3. at least one punctuation character (Like the ones you use to swear, but "not swear". We all know you don't swear. Well, at least not in front of your mom.)
